A sneaky snake pen

I like making creepy crawly pens. And I love snakes. So this was an idea I had been kicking around for a while. It is a fountain pen with a snake barrel overlay and clip. I used transparent red acrylic for the barrel, with a pearly red kirinite for the section and finial. I carved the overlay and clip from wax and cast them in Argentium silver. I hand engraved the scales and flush set 2mm garnets for the eyes. I made the cap from Argentium silver sheet, with an acrylic liner.
It uses a jowo 6 nib.

I love your work with acrylics. I love your work with dimensions of your sections, finials and barrel. BUT, I really admire your work with the metal overlays and clips. I believe your work will be noted in the future for many years.
