I just wanted to post this cherry burl goblet. Its 7 1/4" tall and 3" at its widest, and is held together with a lot of CA glue.

Hey Cav, try the odorless stuff. I think I may be doing away with my thick CA completely and only using thin where needed. That stuff is AMAZING!

Very nice work. My first "bowl" is a goblet. It's still drying, though I may try to finish-turn it soon. I just can't remember how to get rid of the tenon without a fancy jig.

Tom, very nice! I have had limited success with goblets although it has gone better lately after adjusting techniques based on an earlier thread. That is impressive in my opinion, CA or not!

Thanks again you good people, and Rob I just part it off with a parting tool since the base is in my chuck. Joe keep on trying, I've mhad more luck with goblets than I have bowls.
