That's one of the greatest ideas I've ever heard. What a diet revolution we'd go through if people had to start paying extra money for the extra weight they pack around!
Disclaimer: I know, there are people who have health issues that actually prevent them from losing weight, but they're few and far between. Not trying to offend anyone. I know for me, carrying extra weight has always come from my own bad decisions. I'd have to take the train for a few more months, that's for sure! Gah! [B)][]
