Here are a few to start with . . .

Here is the Round Table Panel. Front L to R, Kenny Mayes, Pat Ankrom (answering a question about stabilizing), Dave Bell, Don Nicholas, Jerry Rhoads. They made me sit in the back and wouldn't let me talk!!!

Next is Jerry Rhoads giving a Pen Turning 101 demonstration. Our first demo for the day so the hall is packed, yet! If you look in the lower right hand corner you will see just a sampling of the door prizes!

Here is Rich Coers presenting a Turning Tool Sharpening and Use demo. Terrence worked a little magic and had a close up project on the screen which made each demo that much better . . .

Next up is Dave Bell who drove down from Canada to spend a few days with us. Dave presented a Casing Pen demo and a fine job he did too! He has threa..., uh, promised to come back next year!!!

Now we have Don Nicholas giving us a demonstration on pendants and using the Pendant Backer Mandrel! Don't let the sweet ol' gentleman looks fool ya! Nick has got an onery streak a wide wide!!!

There was one last demo but I personally did not get to watch it so I cannot comment on it thus see no need to post a picture.

Will post more later.

Sadly, I didn't get to talk to everyone but everyone I talked too had nothing but praise for the event. We are already planning for next year and hopefully there will be a, uh, "seasoned veteran" gracing us with their presence and a demo next year!!!!!

I do need to say this once again, from my point of view, no matter what is planned and made available, it is those who attend the event that make it what it is. We just provide the opportunity for you to attend and soak in as much information as you possibly can. I realize not everyone can attend, nor could we handle that amount in attendance, at least not at present, but I do encourage everyone to try and make it. You won't regret it!

Dave, it was great to meet and work with you. And yes, next year will definitely be better!!!!!!
