This is making it's way into being a banner day!

BBQ & Pen Turning :biggrin:

Got up @ 3a to fire up the smoker and am barbecuing all day. Brisket went on at 5a. Between checking the fire, putting down the ribs, chicken, & sausage later - turning pens.

It simply doesn't get much better!

Hope all of you have an equally awesome day!

Darn, Oal Leaf is 4 hours North of us. Sorry, can't make it.
 
Thanks - it was an excellent day. Lots done on several pen projects including helping my son on pens he is making for his grandparents.

BBQ was a hit and was told the ribs were the best I have ever done. Tried a new sauce recipe and it was great.
