.5mm pencil

I'm in need of a .5mm pencil mechanism for a slimline style pencil. Any ideas where to purchase one? Berea used to offer a choice of .7mm or .5mm, but it seems they only sell the .7mm now.

I think it`s because the .5 lead breaks VERY easily when in use.

CSUSA has .5mm pencils.

Kent, are you talking about the "Beaded Slim"? The others are the Schmidt type mech., and they won't fit.
