5 More Wood ID's (Big Pics)

Well, you all helped me with my last wood id, even though the wood turned out to be junk. These next five I received with some other wood from a fellow pen turner. He didn't know what kind of wood they were but I am hoping you all will. TIA

That bottom one looks like Cherry Burl to me. I can't help you with the first ones though.

I am thinking of sanding one side and oiling it. That seemed to help with the other id.
I also think the first one might be cedar or pine and the fourth one may be citrus or mango.

My guesses which you can easily rule out by smell or weight sometimes.

1. Cedar?
2. Cherry burl?
3. Cocobolo?
4. Mango?
5. Olivewood?

1 is cedar, not sure on the others. Sanding and oiling would help.
