These 360 herringbone blanks are made using a 3D printed core (resin printed) and inserting the wood segments.
I am selling the big ones, for bespoken pens, for $50 the pair. The ones for two tube pen kits for $40 and just the cores for two tube kits for $15.
Cheers

How big are the blank tube ones? How big do you need to make the segments? How do you glue in the segments.

The black blank ones are quite interesting. It would be nice if they were available in 3 inch sections and also 4-4.5 inch sections. Essentially blank ones for bespoke size pens.

Very nice. Are there 4 segments around the tube, ergo 90° in the core? So you cut 45° segments then glue them in?

I can see how this makes this segmentation infinitely easier. Good work.
These are 6 segments around the tube, but yes the segments can be triangles, you just need one 90 degree segment to insert in the core! What I like is the little no waste with this method and the way I do them I fit all the segments and then apply thing CA, it is significant easier than the traditional way. Cheers

I can do it to the size that is needed. The ones that I have are 4 inch and 3 inch respectively.
