I just figured up what all i can get from a 30 ounce pour.

6 colors, 5 ounces per color will give me

seven 3/4" round blanks.
4 bottle stopper blanks.
and 3 pendant blanks.

That is not too bad i don't think. The pen blanks are about 2.5 ounces each. The pen blanks are also about 6 3/4 " long. The stopper blanks are about 3 ounces each, and the pendants are the slobber left in the bottom of the cup. I am thinking about shortening the pen blanks, but i like having the extra length so i can decide exactly where the pen lives.

With 5 gallons of PR, what i saved on the resin, i would have to spend on brass tubes to get it all poured before it became a giant paperweight!

One thing I discovered about the resin savers I don't like... They have to be on a level surface! Why don't they self-level???

:wink::tongue::wink::tongue:

I am just excited about the V2 self leveling mold! I wanna see it in action! lol.

Fred .. I was trying to pass over that one. The shipping charges are pretty high
on shipping midgets. They have to be subdued to get them in the box..
