3 pen box?

I have received a request for a 3 piece boxed set (Rollerball, Fountain & Pencil). Does anyone know of a source for a pen box that will accomodate 3 items? All I've been able to uncover is wholesalers requiring 100+ pieces or custom boxes at $50 & up.

I expect to make either an Americana set or a Jr. Gent set, oto give an idea of pen size.

Any help or ideas is appreciated.

PSI has a 3 piece box (PK-BoxL3) that they picture for including a letter opener.
