For those interested in a quick drying process, I discovered through this endeavor. They started out around 28%-35% moisture. And I was able to finish each on the 25th day. All Cherry Bowls, no cracking in any of them through the drying process. At final turning, 5%-8% moisture.

Steps:
#1 Rough out
#2 Anchor Seal ends and paper bagged
#3 Make shift kiln out of a small bedroom. (In the picture, you can see the simple heater that I used; it had a fan, and the room was kept at 90 degrees.
#4 Twice Turn or turn to finish.

Glad you were able to get them done before Easter . In step 2 , the bowl base doesn`t appear to have Anchor Seal on it . Did you leave both surfaces of the bowl center uncoated ?
Anything with end grain, which includes the tenon, gets waxed. I will also do the top of the rim that goes with the end grain. The inside of the bowl is not coated at all. Water does have to exit somewhere. But the idea is not to fast on the ends.
