The wood is Katalox and it has been adorned with 14 gage, 12 gage, and 10 gage copper wire. The kit is a copper Elegant Sierra.

Entry #5:

I cut Spectraply at a 60 degree angle and 1/8th inch thick. I glued in pairs so that Vs were formed in each color. Then cut the large glue ups into 3/4 inch by about 1 inch pieces. These were glued into a stack so the black zig zag continued though out the blank and the arrow directions alternated. This was then trimmed down to a 3/4 by 3/4 inch blank turned an put on a Gatsby.

Entry #6:

Entry #9:

X's and O's segmented Pen. I used an Apprentice Classica Gun Metal Pen Kit. What is really neat about the blank is that as you rotate the pen you'll see X's at 90 degrees, O's at 180 degrees, X's at 270 degrees and O's at 360 degrees, making it a nice pen. I made a slight modification as I removed the pen clip so it wouldn't interfere with the viewing of the X's and O's. I used curly Maple, East Indian Satinwood and Wenge as the inlays. Finished with 16 coats of Mylands's Friction polish.

Entry #11:

Gisi style pen but instead of wood I made it from PR blanks I cast myself. The kit is a Cigar with titanium plating.

Entry #12:

I used a Slimline pen kit - the segmented pen wood is: Oak, Walnut, Mahogany, and I think RoseWood. I used Doctor Wood's Pens Plus for the finish.

This one is tough. There are 4 I really like and I hate to drop one, I'm not sure how to leave one out. Maybe I'll borrow a D&D 4 sided die to see who gets left out...

I'd use a D12 and give each one a perceived feeling of hope........................until suddenly the floor trap springs dropping one of them into the pit of razor sharp poisonous spikes. QUICK roll a D20 -12 for dexterity...

Errr, sorry, I got carried away.

All beautiful entries! Does anyone know the kit used in pen number 6?
