This one I'm very proud of. The Burl wood, with the toffee-colored ebonite and the rose gold nib, all give this pen a look which I think is quite romantic!

This amazing thuya burl was an absolute beauty to turn. Such a lovely smell and finishes amazing straight off the tools, fully sleeved in ebonite, Jowo #6 nib, high gloss ca finish (customers request). Thanks for looking!

Made this twist-style Patriot Pen using Thuya Burl. I love the color. This is also the first time I used the Aussie Oil Friction polish. I know it's not as durable as the CA finish, but it left a nice finish. I put on 3 layers and it went on easily.

This is a slightly modified El Grande and Cambridge in Thuya burl. The wood is finished using HUT PPP brown and then white wax and topped with a little carnuba wax -- probably overkill on the wax. I would normally do a CA finish but this wood is so waxy that it doesn't take it very well...
