    Thread "slipping" problems

Hello, When trying to thread two pieces together tight, some of my threads will sort of "slip" on each other, and no matter how much I keep engaging them, they won't stop spinning and won't lock on each other. What can cause such a problem and how would you solve it? My threads are made from...

    Slide show in thread?

OK, I searched the Library and didn't find anything. Is there any way to create a slide show in a thread to prevent having to click on individual pictures on a thread? Some threads have several pictures.

    Turning a centerband?

I have had a customer request a centerband-less gentlemans pen. The problem with this of course is that the threads to connect the body and cap are housed in the centerband. Anyone know of any way to do this? or

    Squeaky front section

I have a pen I finished last night that I have to deliver to a customer tomorrow. It is a Baron/Navigator. In testing all the functions of the pen last night, I found that when I screw the front section into the pen body with a refill in place, the threads make a horrible screeching sound. If...
