    Pens from The Wizard (aka Beall Pen Wizard)

    Finished the last of this batch today. Filled the grooves with dyed Ecopoxy. Ecopoxy has a long cure time of 3-4 days before I can turn the casting. Not a big problem but I will likely explore other epoxies that have a shorter cure time.

    First Pen with the Beall Pen Wizard

    Recently purchased the Beall Pen Wizard after considering it for 4 years. Experimented a bit and decided to make a Vertex rollerball. The wood used is plum with 3 coats of wipe on poly. I am going to enjoy the possibilities of this.

    Sierras with pen wizard treatments

    The following three Sierra pens are of macassar ebony and have epoxy glitter inlays created with the pen wizard. Left one is black titanium/gold, center is two-tone chrome, right one is gold/black enamel. Finish is BLO/CA. This is my first usage of this finish and I am now a convert...
