    Fast or slow. Heavy or light

    I am new to turning pens , and want to try and get the best possible finish on acrylics. Do you sand through 12000 micro mesh at a high or low speed? Heavy pressure or light preasure? Any feedback would be a great help. Thanks guys and gals

    Drilling Acrylic Problem

    I'm a new pen turner and am branching out from wood to acrylic. I have found that when drilling a 10MM hole in an acrylic blank that the bottom is breaking out even when I go very slow. Any helpful hints? Thanks!
