Here's me messing around with some cigar labels again. This is a Diamond Knurl stainless steel ballpoint in ebony. The wood and label seemed to go well together. I got the ends of the cigar band to meet up nicely, but finishing was a little tricky, certainly not my best work, but I think it's pretty cool anyway. "Strongly Handmade Nicaraguan", whatever that is. (I'm not a smoker, but I love the smell of a good cigar. Until you light it, that is.)

I haven't had that specific cigar, but I'm guessing the strongly means that it's a full bodied maduro with lots of flavor and nicotine.

Excellent work on the pen. It looks great!

That's a good looking pen. I imagine that would sell pretty quick. You did a great job with the pen, and the finish is fine. Where did you get the cigar label? I would love to try that one.
A friend gave me a box of them. He said he got them from a woman that had worked at a tobacco shop years ago, so I don't think any of them are recent. There were some pretty cool ones in there. This is only the second one I have made. Here is the first one, which didn't last long in the store.

This one's great to, not surprised it went fast. I'm on a mission now.
