I use that little chopsaw with the fence and stop lever to cut all of my tubes. It's the quickest and easiest method I've found. I use the stock tube to set the stop lever and just keep cutting one after another. (Measure once and you're done). It leaves a slight but on the cut edge but is easily removed by rolling the tube pinched in sandpaper.
Blades are easy to replace with just a screwdriver.

I wrote a short article on how to cut brass tubing to length. The photos show my table saw sled and near the bottom a blank cutter. The "Hold-Down" prevents the saw from launching the cut pieces.

Most every saw will leave a burr on the cut end. Take a reloading deburring tool used to trim brass shell casings to remove the burr.
You can remove both the outside AND inside burr with this tool.

I looked to see if Ed sold these, but could not find them. (Sorry Ed!)
