Small Cherry keepsake box, 2" x 3 1/4" in dia. Green Abalone shell inlay. Sanded and buffed with a home made sanding paste, no other finish.

Very Cool. This really makes me want to make something like that. I've been watching videos, but I just haven't mustered up the courage to get a big hunk of wood spinning around yet. - Dave
 
They may not know crawfish boils, but they have some mighty good Whiskey and Bourbon. I try to do a section of the Bourbon Trail each time I make it to TN.
And have a designated driver for the trip back home. I believe bourbon is a registered name for Kentucky only. Anything else is a copy or distilled by the same process. Like Champaign in France. Trivia: Moore County, Tennessee is a dry county. Have to go to another town to buy it.
