Elite2 from PSI. Perhaps one of the thinnest rollerballs/fountains I've seen so far.

Yeah, it's like that.
Even the modern versions of cellulose acetate are wonderful - not quite the same feel and depth of color as vintage celluloid (cellulose nitrate), but a whole different world than acrylic acetate, urethane, epoxy resins, polyester, inlace acrylester.
There should be a twelve-step program for it. (Actually there is - steps 1 through 11 are "send it to me"
)
