My wife wanted to start learning how to turn.

She is going to end up making most of the Father's Day presents for our church this year.

Karen said she is just interested in doing spindle-type work/kits. Wait till she sees what's out there. I'll need to get her a few blocks of wood and let her learn the various cuts. She'll need some spindle gouge lessons.
