Tiny Giant kit with a Tie-Dye honeycomb blank I picked up at woodcraft.
It's also known as the Editor pen, very very economical. Not familiar with the kit. Interesting.
However, that blank reminds me of stained glass. Very eye catching.
I found them on Turner's Warehouse and bought them because they are supposed to be easy to turn into a rollerball like keithlong mentioned, and they are very reasonably priced. Not familiar with the kit. Interesting.

Exotic Blanks sells a 10 pack of rollerball springs for $3.50That's a very colorful pen. I typically don't care much for the honeycomb, but I agree with Derek about the stained glass look. It looks great on this pen.
I have one sitting there with the blank picked out waiting to become a rollerball now, but it's behind a couple dozen others in production. There's the matter of getting the spring, too.
I find that they stick out way too far and need a spring in the nib end, 6x10 or 6x12. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.Exotic Blanks sells a 10 pack of rollerball springs for $3.50
That makes a lot of sense. I wonder if I could count on a customer (or, more likely, a gift recipient) to remember to move it to the new cartridge before they toss it?I watched a video of someone modifying one and he cut the protective cap that came with the rollerball and used it on the nib so it didn't poke out so far.
