I was given some Elm by a friend. One of the drops was a limb that had laid for a while was spongy spalted. I stabilized the lot after cutting into bowl blanks.
This is a small natural edge bowl and since I knew it would not be used to eat food from I used spray on Lacquer for a finish.
Measures 4 1/2" dia x 2 1/2" tall
