Mulberry, redheart, Red tulip veneer and red harvest kirinite. This is the last pen in a set of 6 herringbone fountain pens. I'm trying out a light box for the first time to try and improve my images

Absolutely stunning. Like everyone else, I really like the combinations of materials and excellent craftsmanship in your segmenting.
Well done.
 
This is impressive. Looks like it too a lot of time and work. I'm guessing that you drill and sleeve this before you turn? Hard to imagine it holding together without some serious glue-up.

Thanks Todd, yes it's mounted on a sleeve, this one of my prototypes that shows all the component parts
