My nephew turned 50 today. I think he might like this rollerball. Wood is stained and stabilized spalted maple with purple heart, black resin, and aluminum segments.

Wow I like that! I really like the way the aluminum, I'm guessing that's what it is, really shines and separates the types of wood.

Beautiful segmenting. Wonderful combination of woods and as Kenny mentioned, the aluminum really combines with the kit hardware well. Your nephew will surely love it.
