Finally finished these two up. They are both cloth with vinyl logos cast in Alumilite Clear Slow. The Wall Street 2 was fairly simple but the music pen was a pain. I had to literally turn two pens to get the one. It's a fat pen that uses 8mm tubes. This means that if you cast just the 8mm tubes there will be too much resin so that the image doesn't magnify to the surface of the resin. So when you look at the edges of the pen it looks glassy because you can still see the tube inside the resin. Not too sure if I explained it very clearly but casters should know what I'm talking about. Anyway out of the rabbit hole. I glued up a blank to the original 8mm tubes and turned them down so a larger brass tube would slide over them. Then when I glued the larger tubes on I had a larger OD tube that would be close enough to final diameter that the images would be magnified so they would look even. Questions and Comments Welcome.
