After years of making kitless demonstrators, I still get annoyed when making them. They take too long and are frustrating. But all that goes away when they're all finished and looking good.

NIce..very nice. I have tried making demonstrators but polishing the inside is somewhat problematic for me. I will keep working on the process. Would you be willing to share what the material is for the pen cap and body? Thanks for sharing your work. Those certainly look good. Actually, better than good.

It's all standard acrylic pen blanks. I get most of them from Beartoothwoods.com.
 
Something on my bucket list, but I don't think I'm there yet. Looks like you've mastered the technique but I bet there's a lot of time spent on making sure nothing is overlooked. My favorites are the third and the last one.
