my first attempt failed now the second one came out ok I modified an 8mm tube it was the Anvil, only used the tube and the clicker I took too much off the top

Good for you ! !

I applaud your efforts to make a one piece pen from that PSI kit.
I know from experience that there are quite a few considerations that go into such a project.
