Had just one of these blanks left and I always find them stunning even if they are a bit of a cheat.
Finished with Friction Polish and Microcrystalline Wax.
Possibly does not show well on photos but I think combined with wax gives a very reasonable finish and does not dull with age unlike me. This rapidly becoming my standard finish

Very nice! I've made a couple of those blanks in the last 2-3 months. Both sold quickly. Need to order a couple more!
