Fly Fishing Pen

This is quite a simple pen with no special techniques or talent involved, but I was quite surprised at the details on this kit, so I thought I'd show it in case anyone was interested. I wanted to have a few of the themed pens available for those gift shoppers. The clip on the PSI nautical pen kind of ruined that one for me, but this is pretty nice. I wasn't happy with my ignorance of the finial lineup when I pressed it, but it disassembled pretty easily for me to fix that without breaking anything. Honduran rosewood with just a few layers of glueboost in a matte finish (kind of like a wood fishing pole handle, right?)

Very nice work! I'm going to have to make one for myself. I like to fly fish when I can. I probably have 5-6 flyrods, including 2 Bamboo rods from my grandfather.
