From top to bottom, honey locust, buckeye burl, flamed boxelder burl, and redwood burl.
Trying out different finial styles, not sure if I have a favorite.
I showed the triangular finial honey locust to a couple of friends and both said "very cool, more of that kind".
M13x0.8T for the cap-body junction, GluBoost finish.
C&C welcome.

No favorite here - they all are wonderful. I'll simply compliment your stash of blanks, and the artistry displayed, and the vibrant colors, and the profiles, and the finials... 🤣 . Yes, I do like them!

Outstanding !!!!

Thanks for showing !!

I am intrigued by the "triangular shaping" of the honey locust cap . . . does the barrel of the writing portion have the same shape ?
It looks to be somewhat "squarish".

Thanks Mal!
The honey locust is a semi repost from last weekend, here. Short answer is yes, the body finial is the same-ish shape (at least it should be once I get better at it). I shortened the ends, refinished it and made the section with the matching resin.
