This is a PSI Magnetic Vertex rollerball pen in chrome. The blank is one of several I have that are marked zebrawood, but it's not zebrawood. It looks like some sort of mahogany to me. Whatever it is, it's pretty. The finish is Pens Plus.

Very nice! I recently made two of the same kit (fountain pen, specifically) using snakewood. I have yet to try a pen with zebra wood but your pics don't show that it is something to have a go at. If you nail down the species, share it! I'm too new to the game to even guess :) Cheers!
