Not a pen, but a PSI Magnifier Necklace, in chrome. It has a magnetic connection so you can detach it from the necklace. I believe the lens is glass. Cool little project. The wood is obviously zebrawood, and the finish is Pens Plus.

Nifty! I was idly looking at those in the catalog last week, but hadn't noticed the magnetic aspect. It looks handy, but wouldn't that make it prone to coming undone and crashing to the floor if it gets caught on something?

*sigh*

I'm still trying to pick one out. I'd pretty much settled on a little diode laser... before noticing tonight that I have a mostly-empty shelf next to the CNC, which would fit a K40 CO2 laser nicely.

Too many choices.

Nice magnifier, though.

Possibly, but they are very powerful rare earth magnets. And I just have a cheap NEJE 7w.
