I've gotten back into casting more, now that I have a good pressure pot (Woodcraft). Trying to replace inventory from two very successful show in the past to weeks so, the pot is getting a workout. For the pen shown below I was not thrilled when viewing the demoulded block of Alumilte (should have taken a picture before it was cut up). Never-the-less I figure all I had to lose was some time so, forward I went. As I drilled the holes my perception started to change as I saw what was what was coming out on the drill bit. Hole was painted and the tubes glued in. Turned the pen about an hour ago and I am quite happy with the result. I'd like to hear what others think. Pen is a Diamond Knurl from EB.

I have often believed in the INNER beauty of an object to be the best. As they say, don't judge the book by its cover.

Very nice coloring and pattern.

YEAH !! ..... It's what's on the inside that matters !!!!

STUNNING pen !!!!

nice work and the chrome sets it off well. As you say it's only when you turn it you discover what's within
