Seven Segments on a Vertex Pen

I had a bunch of small scraps left over from various pen projects. Cut pieces to 3/8's of an inch thick. Drilled and stacked onto the brass tube and lots of medium CA glue. Woods are from top to bottom Goncalo Alve, Yellow Wood, Olive, Ebony, Padauk, Cocobolo, and Bocote. Turning was a little tricky due to the different hardness of each wood. Skew chisel helped even things out before sanding. CA and friction finish

Very nice pen, I like the multi layered woods. I am working on three vertex pen now as well.
