This is a blank I received in a box of blanks as a losers prize from the bash on a Broadwell Nouveau Scepter. Thanks to @mbroberg for those blanks! Losing isn't so bad. This was my first time working with a hybrid blank. I am guessing the wood is mesquite and the resin is alumilite? It sure didn't stink like that rhinoplastic. I'm happy with it, but critique is welcome.

LOL, you may be right. I have 6 more that just arrived a few days ago. Two have paint drying inside them right now.

Thanks for the compliments. I tried to get the shape to flow somewhat similarly to the hardware for some continuity.
