My second ceramic Bolt Action, this one in red, white, and blue, and matte black. It's from PSI. The blank, also from PSI, is called Marine Dress Blues. The blue on the pen is a little light, and the blue in the blank is a little dark. Otherwise I'm happy with it. I made it for my cousin who is a Marine Corps veteran from the first Gulf War.
