Here is a pen I finished up, made from Conway Stewart "lapis" acrylic and bronze.
It is dodecahedral in cross section (transitioning to hexagonal in the middle and on the ends), with 6 facets going one way, and 6 going the other. The cap threads are 12.5mm by 2mm double start, and the pen is about 5.25" long when capped, and 5" from nib to end. I made a clip from bronze to match the gold flecks within the material. The nib is a 14k gold Jowo 6, and the pen fills via converter.
