I had planned on making my coworkers pens for Christmas (however due to usps holding up my blanks and mechanisms, the they may be "New Years " pens), so I mocked up a click rollerball so I could make the actual pens much more easily. I used a random blank of Italian acrylic I had laying around, and made the nose cone, trim, and clip from argentium silver. The mechanism is a Schmidt click button, which I had ordered from Richard Greenwald a while back. The pen uses pilot G2 refills. Now that I have this made up, I can made silicone molds of the nose cone and clip, inject wax into it to make copies, and cast all the parts for my coworkers pens in a batch.

John, that is a beautiful pen, you seem to have this pen thing down to a science. One thing that I do know, is that I most definitely wish that I was one of your co-workers!!
