I received permission to give out the plans. This is a 706 KB .pdf file. How do I make it available on this forum?

It is no problem at all for you to post our tool panel on your group forum. Normally when we have someone using any of our images, descriptions, etc. we require for them to fill out and return an image license agreement. Since you are only using the tool panel I will not have you fill that out, instead I will just ask that you only use that image. Also, you will be required to credit Craft Supplies USA for that image (as you mentioned you would in your email).
