This is a segmented idea I had. I still have to apply a couple more coats of CA to it and do a good polishing before I can even think about adding a kit to it. This is African Black wood on the outside, White styrene, aluminum accent, then buckeye burl in the center. The wood on the bottom is Maple Burl.
