This is a shop made pen press. Works great.
The base is made from Aluminum channel and I used a toggle clamp from Woodcraft for the press.
The movable jaw slides forward using a slot milled in the base channel.
The jaws are made from delrin.
I extended the handle on the toggle clamp using black pipe from the local hardware store.
The handle that tightens the movable jaw was purchased from McMaster Carr.
