I took my first turning class on 11/24/09. It was a slimline class at Woodcraft.
After the class I came home and made 2 or 3 slimline pens. My wife took them to work (an elementary school in Tulsa) to show them off. She called and asked if she could take orders for Christmas. I was thinking she may sell a few, so I said sure. Little did I know that I would be making 35 slimline's in less than 2 weeks. The first slimline on the lower left is the one I made in class, the sierra/wallstreet II next to it was my first sierra. The next sierra was made for Renee's Principal.
