12 concave pens commissioned for a friend, using wood from a Bradford Pear from his father's home. Heirloom gift for his kids and grandkids. Turned nicely and quickly, but wood turned out with surprising variety. First time making multiple blanks from a log, with very little waste because there was no more wood available; which was a challenge. Pens are finished with BLO and EEE, for a natural look.
