If you had to pick a local "Timber" what would you pick? I say anything from the 50 States. I like Koa but being from the West Coast you can't beat a nice piece of Redwood burl. What would you pick?

Cherry burl .... although I haven't had the chance to turn Desert Ironwood burl yet and from some of the pics I've seen it could take the #1 spot given the chance!
