I don't know if this is the right sub forum or not.

1st: How long does it take to engrave a pen?

2nd: How much should I expect to pay per pen?

Depends.
I had a lady with a laser who put logos on 70 pens for me. She charged $3 per line plus shipping. I sent her about 15 every two weeks and that worked out fine for us.

I've checked on this website about getting some cartridges engraved and the quote was $10/line. Search this site for "engraving" or "laser".

Charlie Clougherty , Constant Laubscher, Stan Cook and Ken Nelson are IAP members and do engraving.

If you can't find a local engraver you like, there are several members here who engrave pens. I don't think you'd go wrong with any of them. Before I got an engraver and started doing it myself, I used to send my pens to kallenshaanwoods and I was always happy with Ken's work.

I do not want to take away business from an IAP Member but check the prices of local trophy shops, I use a local engraver and it is very effective because usually can do an order and get it back within a few days to a week, no shipping involved.

+1 for Stan Cook, I have used him before and his work is top notch
