It's been a while since I have had a chance to post something. Don't worry I am still here making pens but have ventured into the world of kitless. Here are some of the pens I have been working on. Still a long ways to go but off to a good start. Next is a metal lathe!

Not sure why, but I favor door #1. The greys and blackish just looks appealing.

I greatly admire you kitless folks; but back to small pieces of wood... :tongue:, we have our own vices!

I encourage your goal to acquire a metal lathe ... you only need a small one (7 x 12). . Let us know which one you decide on. I would think you would find quite a good one where you are.

Beautiful work. I love the monochromatic look of #2, it's a real eyecatcher. You did a fine job on every one, but that one in particular really stands out for me.
